The Challenge
The Memphis Lift, an education advocacy nonprofit in Memphis, TN, required a comprehensive media strategy to effectively engage two distinct audiences: the underserved community members they support and the donors who fund their initiatives. This dual focus necessitated creating content that was both relatable and inspiring to the local community while also appealing to potential donors. The goal was to authentically represent the organization’s mission and the dynamic leadership of Executive Director Sarah Carpenter Owens, whose genuine and inspiring presence embodies the organization’s spirit.

Through a collaborative partnership, we developed a suite of photos, videos, and a website that successfully bridged the gap between these diverse audiences.
